Celine Hamilton Quill
Director of Operations
Celine Hamilton Quill is the Director of Programs for Enchanted Circle Theater. Celine brings her teaching degree and classroom experience from England and combines it with her B.A. in Early Childhood from the University of Massachusetts and her extensive work, both in the private and public sector of the Early Childhood field.
As the Director of a local Nursery School, she established and built the solid foundation, first class programming and strong reputation on which it still operates. Celine was recognized within the community by parents, fellow Early Care and Education teachers and directors, and community leaders, as being the reason this Nursery School was and still remains a model program within the field today.
Celine was the Administrator for a large employee hospital child care center, where she was responsible for the supervision of fourteen staff and education of 80+ children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and their families. As an Early Childhood Consultant for Preschool Enrichment Team, she acted as a liaison with parents, early childhood professionals, local state agencies and many community groups on resource and collaborative efforts to enhance early care and education.
Celine has been with ECT for 8 years and is responsible for office management, day-to-day finances, building relationships with schools and community agencies, acting as liaison with artist/educators and booking and developing contracts for all performances, residencies and workshops.
